Okay, I have 3 lockpicks in my Xunlai Chest.

I want each of my 3 characters to have one.

How can each character take only 1 lockpick from the chest?

black magic? i dont know, ive been wondering the same thing. i hate the stacking problems with the xunlai chest.

Move all three into your backpack. Then press shift and hold it, left click and drag the lockpicks to another spot. This allows you to split a stack of anything.

Put the two you split back into storage.

A shorter way would be to just keep the 3 in storage, hold shift on the 3 in storage, and just drag to your inventory, splitting directly between your inventory and storage.
