Posting missions/vanquishes/whatever?

Is there a place/are you allowed to post stuff like im vanquishing Mineral Springs i need 2 monks and 6 ursans, pls post here if you wanna come!??
I havent found anywhere to do that and I'm wondering if there even is one. Now i dont mean just vanquishes i mean like anything; dungeons, missions,elite skill captures, quests, whatever(as title of post says).help pls?
