Hero Handbook/Master Dungeon Guide?

I recently got GW:EN and I was wondering if you hand in a hero handbook with, for example, 8 pages filled to get the reward, can you simply get a new handbook, redo all the quests and hand it in to get the reward again? (Below R8 obviously.) I wouldn't mind the faction boost now, but is it still possible to get to the full 16 pages with a new book and hand it in?

yes you can get a new book once yours is turned in, but books aren't affected by the double faction weekend

You can do as many books as you want. Turn them in, get new ones.
