why isnt there an auction house in guild wars?

and will they put one in guild wars 2? because its sooooo much more convient than spamming chat and less time consuimg than making a guru auction account which is a hassle TBH...would be alot easier if we had an in game auction house like WOW or LOTRO make thing sooo much easier

There isn't one because Arenanet hasn't put it in there.
