My friend from my clan(cod 4) bought prophecies...and when he opened the box he realized that the card(after he removed the gray stuff) is not readable...he cant see the first 5 numbers/letters and cant see the difference between o,0 and q....so i ask for you advice what should he do

Send a ticket to PlayNC support, that's about the only thing you can do - other than spending more money on a new copy.

Or take it back to the store he got it from and have it exchanged as there is clearly a problem with it.
