A/Me Condition Spreader build -- need help making it good

Hey, I want to make a new build for my assassin. Concept is pretty simple, I want to spred conditions with unblockable attacks. I know it's nothing new but I want to at least make it usable for PvE.

Here's what I have right now :

1. Shadow Refuge
2. Sneak Attack
3. Black Spider Strike
4. Twisting Fangs
5. Epidemic
6. Fox's Promise {E}
7. Mark of Instability
8. Critical Agility or Rez

Needs a lot of mana so I guess I would need high crit/radiant armor but still not sure. My assassin doesn't have SS/vanguard title high yet so that's why I can't test it properly myself.

Problem is : I know it's not great. No shadow step to get to casters and spread the conditions there, and pretty low survivability overall.

So, I need help making it better. Any tips?

You have the right idea but theres already a tested build for this type of thing on pvx that is easy to use and it pairs well with searing ele as well as any other condition causing builds. Maybe take a look and work from yours and that one and combine them. Hope i helped some link is below.

Thanks for the link, althought I was already aware of that build.

It's better I guess but I don't plan on bringing any condition users in my H/H team so that's why I don't want to use that build too much, since it doesn't have that many conditions.

I guess I could always use that and bring a daze/blind ranger though, might be more useful.
