I have seen in videos - how is it done?

In most videos put online of soloing/running etc. Some people have there skills moved, health bar streched, enchantments put next to skill bar and so on... how do they do this? I have all games, I dont know if that matters any.

In options, go to "UI" and you can move all the different "Windows" to other positions and stretch them and all sorts of things.
