I can't see korean characters

Hola, I was looking at a thread offering Korean guild naming services and thought I should try it out. I went to the link to see the Korean characters, http://ko.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page
and all I see are question marks over and over. I've tried viewing the character encoding in different types but it still doesn't show Korean characters! How do I view the Korean characters?

Hm, did View -> Character Encoding -> More Encoding -> East Asian -> Korean (UHC) not do it for you?

I would give it a try in both Firefox and Internet Explorer.
