Lost treasure quest BUGGED?!

I am a necromancer that is doing a quest called "Lost Treasure" which is where I have to find a guy named "raitahn nem" inside Minister Cho's Estate. Now, the problem is that

1) I can't find him.
2) The map says he is in an inexplorable area and I can't get to him.

Does anyone know how to beat this quest?

What the problem seems to be is that the quest you refer to takes place in the Minister Cho's Estate EXPLORABLE AREA, not the mission. All of the missions in Factions have corresponding explorable areas that you can usually enter from the explorable area where you're transported after that mission. In this case, go to Ran Masu Gardens, where there should be two exit portals. Take the one titled "Minister Cho's Estate", and you should be golden.
