What are some places to farm(Prop&EoTN)

Where are some good places to farm in Proph and EotN. The farthest ive gotten is southern shiver peaks in proph. and i have gotten to sifhalla on eotn so basically where are some good places to farm inside those perimeters? ive got a SS necro a Fire ele and an Axe Warrior if that helps narrow down spots
