PC on a req 9 strength gloom shield

I asked some members of the alliance I am in about how much these go for and I got told that it should sell for around 50k just wanted to double check that.

req 9 strength
armor 16
Health +44 (while in stance)
Inscription: leaf on the wind armor +9(Vs. cold damge)

15-20kish .. ... ...

what if i changed out the inscription?

I have a perfect "master of my domain" and a 18% "luck of the draw"
