ok i wasnt sure if this is the right forum or if Q&A is, but....
EoTN is on Dvd-ROM. now my question is because i dont have one, will adding the CD key to my existing account automatically download everything i need in game, or do i need to actually install it on my computer? thx guys

Adding the key will work, I bought it from online shop, so I didn't have cd, worked just fine, although dl can be a pain

once you add the key, you can just let it dl the files area by area or use the image command

Right-click on the Guild Wars icon on your desktop and select "Properties".
Under the "Shortcut" tab, in the "Target" box, it wil say something along the lines of:
change it to:
...making sure to leave a space between the " and the -image.
Click ok.
Double click the icon to start the imaging process.
The "connecting to ArenaNet" window will open, and the progress bar will start "downloading files." This will take a long time - be patient, or leave it running overnight.
When it has finished, edit the shortcut again to remove the -image shortcut and you're ready to play.
Under the "Shortcut" tab, in the "Target" box, it wil say something along the lines of:

Click ok.
