Question on Ferrying / level ??

ok, is there a level limit in all area's as to ferrying ppl to another area , and how does it work in groups, ?? i tried to ferry 2 ppl from kamadan for free to consulate docks, tried twice, but each time was separated from group, O.o admitedly they were lower level from 10 - 14ish, kicked my hero's to invite them mapped traveled no good, 2nd time went thru consulate portal into smallish room, the mapped traveled, still no good,? thanks in advance

you need the quest active

i did all the time is night quest chain, and finished in the consulate docks, but cant take my hero's n henchman till its night time aparently, so till after i have that that lats part where i battle another mob with kornim and sunspears, i cant take anyone ?

You have to have the quest The Time is Nigh active in your quest log.

If you have already completed this quest then you can not take anyone to the docks.

i'd a thought after completing it, u'd be able to like ferrying in other area's
but if after quest completion u cant , then u cant = (

Once you accept the reward the quest is complete and you can no longer ferry. what your suppose to do is abandon the quest after you finish the ferry, and re get the quest then you will beable to keep doing it

The Consulate Docks ferry is a glitch, albeit one Anet knows about and doesn't care about. To do this, you have to have that quest active and incomplete. The quest will teleport you and your party to Docks, even when your party members shouldn't be allowed access. The quest can then be abandoned(since you still haven't accepted the reward) and retaken to ferry another group.

If you have already completed it, you will not be able to ferry others.

ahh, k i tried while i had done time is night parts done but each time i was serperated from the group. after going thru the portal into the small room then map travel, and not for gold just help ppl get there, but now i know, for when i do the quest with any other charectars. thanks all
