When Favor Runs out ...

I have been doing a fair number of FOW and UW runs while we have favor. I have been amazed at how fast the number of remaining minutes has been dropping - not at home right now but I think it is close to 3000 from 17000 a couple of weeks ago.

What do you think is going to happen when we get to the point where you can't get into FOW or UW whenever you want to anymore? Will shards and ectos go up in price? Will rare items become more valuable as there won't be as many UBER chest drops from FOW/UW end chests ? Any other thoughts ?

ToPK will not esplode with popularity IF favor runs out.

UW/FoW scrolls with be rahter valuable though.

Plus ANet will have more "Max out such and such Title" weekend soon enough to keep the favor alive.

IF the favor runs out the price of shards will jump and hopefuly ectos will jump to. also the price of acess scrolls will go up alot.

But it will still take some time for the favor to run out. it is more likely it will go down and stay down in the 100s, becasue people max titles all the time.

so lets hope it will get into the 1000s to make prices rebound.

It only takes 20 max titles to get 60 min of favor. It's not that big of a deal. Favor will just be spaced out.

Who cares. It's not like it will ever be like the region wars days again. A year ago Europe had favor 24/7 and fow/uw was completely cut off (Unless you played at 1am American time).

When scrolls were introduced, it was wonderful! As long as the scrolls remain, I'm not going to worry about it. Titles will always be maxed so we'll always have at least a few hours every day with favor. If you can't wait til then, use a scroll.

Yea I hated the days where PvP controlled PvE only aspects. Now its all good. With scrolls and title maxing, I think the only time we will be without favor for more then 2 days in a row will be after GW2. And even without it, scrolls ftw

Woot cant wait till favor is out. Yes I love UW/FOW but we have had constant favor for how long now? All these people QQ ing about the economy well here is one minor thing that will help. Less favor= more scrolls bought (gold sink) and less drops/ ectos farmed. Not quite a solution to SF ecto farming or the economy but its a good start that doesnt hurt anyone. 3000 mins and counting.

It made for some interesting (and frustrating) times when we would be down to one more win to get favor and all of a sudden Europe would get it back. People scrambling to get teams together before favor ran out, ah the days. Of course, back then FoW and UW were the only elite area that there was.

rarely go to either fow or uw anymore....so really dont care
