Rico and the Idiot Button

Hey. I had some fun last night and I wanted to share it with you. ^_^

I was bored with a couple hours to kill, so I took my Monk into a random HoS group. Turns out we had this anal-retentive Ursan Warrior in our party. You know, the kind who thinks he knows everything about everything and that everyone else is a n00b?

So right off the bat he starts pissing me off. I was protting, since after that rep point weekend I'm sick to the death of HB. We found ourselves a patch of... those Wisp things, the glowy blue ones with the scythes. I cast Aegis, and since he's the primary tank, I went ahead and threw Spirit Bond on him just in case. It never had to trigger, since Aegis took care of it. And so he goes--get this, he goes, "That was like the worst SB ever."

Is this guy for real? Rico thinks, staring at the perfect red bars. So, naturally, I threw SB on him again for no reason. Two-second recharge! SB. I let him walk away..... and then: more SB.

Idiot: dont waste your energy >_>
Rico: My Energy is 60 of 60!
Rico: I'm using Spirit Bond on Idiot!

So basically I decided to use SB on him whenever he was being stupid.

Idiot: healers heal??
Rico: I'm using Spirit Bond on Idiot!

Idiot: THIS WAY, ogm n00bs
Rico: I'm using Spirit Bond on Idiot!

Other Monk: My Energy is 12 of 55!
Idiot: ...u burn thru energy too quickly

At least he didn't use the term "nub" which I hate. Usually "nub" is the size of the persons brain who is using the term, slightly larger than a pea.

Another player who feels the need to show why he is better than others.

I like joining a group to do NM Destruction's Depths and people telling me how stupid I am to think the Disc of Chaos isn't the last boss.

I like joining a group to do the final mission in Nightfall in NM and people telling me the Monoliths are not important.

I noticed more people are jerks in Normal Mode than Hard Mode. Is it to say the easier something is, the more you can be a jerk about it?

That's too bad. I had a really good Monk that I did Duncan with yesterday and everyone was really grateful and told him how great of a job he did.

There are tons of idots once i got 4 pugs for oolas lab HM and a monk was complaining about there being only one ursan. This was the type of guy who had gotten everything done by HB'ing for ursans. Now this idiot decided to take his annoyance out on me the team leader saying that we need ursans not a stupid ele with one attack skill. I say "Dude in a searing flames build SF only needs to be your only attack skill" Then when all the other dudes agreed with me he started shouting suck my ....well i will leave it to ur imagination.

Anyway my point is there are 100s of bastard noobs and if he/she is used to ursanwaying then he/she 'is' a noob and i suggest you always point it out
