1. It doesn't look like it's inscribable, judging by the single mod and the lack of the word "inscription" anywhere.
2. If it is inscribable, there's no shield handle on it based on the single mod in the description.
3. If it is inscribable and can take a shield handle, then it shouldn't be merched.
