Perma Sin via Essence of Celerity
Puddin Cheeks
As the title says. This really is an open question since I haven't really tested this.
Does Essence of Celerity replace the 25% stackable recharge of glyph of swiftness or the 33% of deadly paradox.
If so this could open up a whole new range of builds, lets call it the Perma-Con-Sin.
This could Practically be powerful enough to offset the avg. 2k cost of an EoC if it could open up new doors by allowing us Permasins to use different secondaries.
Please guys give me some feedback and let me know what you think.
Maybe, some serious powerful A/Rt, A/N builds.

Yeah it'd work. Assuming you're planning on farming underworld here (where else) though, most players consider money > time. That's like 3k cash a run along with the entrance feee. If you wanna go ahead and prioritize time > money then give it a shot, i haven't seen any builds yet that base around an essence of celerity use though.

I guess I was sort of thinking about underworld when I asked, but maybe now you could do some Dervish secondaries or others that would allow different farms than chaos plains. As you can tell I do not have much time in the underworld, only the perma chaos and some W/D smite farming(terribly slow).
Possibly there could be some high end areas otherwise where it could benefit you and also it would almost have to be in HM since you would break aggro almost everytime you move in NM.

If you're tripling the cost per run, you'd better be doing fabulous record timing or be getting triple the loot. If you aren't, it's not worth it.

i've been messing around with this idea for a while now, with a N/A build for Plains. i haven't perfected anything yet, but i have a few concepts - honestly, i think that it wouldn't be tough to create something like an A/Rt or Rt/A Channeling spiker or something that would rip through enemies.

There's an A/Me build for HM, boosting clumsiness/wandering eye recharges vs the tougher monsters there can be worth it... much easier to make back the entry fee with all the golds too.

Would Mop cause scatter? if not it might be very fast as N/A or A/N

If you have low hp it won't.

If you just take a dual 20/20 set for Clumsiness / Wandering Eye, it's really not worth spending 3k on another -25% recharge that doesn't have an effect 64% of the time.

The whole reason I even brought this up is because the most logical nerf that will happen to the perma form is that they will make Glyph of swiftness and deadly paradox not stack anymore. That would mean that we will have to find alternative methods to achieve the GOD MODE we have come to love.

That would mean that Glyphs and Stances wouldn't stack anymore, which would bring a LOT of major changes to the game. Making an exception just for a single glyph would be sorta lame. What they could do was make the Swiftness only affect Elementalist spells, or have it ignore enchantments, or make it into a stance.

The problem with doing this for chaos plains is that mindblades would flee from the 25% speed buff in NM.

Great advice.
But honestly the money you spend on the celerity wouldn't be worth it. You have to craft it then go and hope you don't get a crap spawn.

It seems this type of build would open up the ability to kill more than just the mindblades.
N1ghtstalker
yea it would work but it would be quite an expensive thing to do

I run EoC for 4 days now and i dont have any problems using it, sometimes the spawn is bad but that's just bad luck, i can do the run in 25 minutes and that in just 12 runs, i have made 65 ecto so far so im still doing great (btw crafting urself spares another 20k per 10 EoC..
