The max lv will remain 20 in GW1 forever and ever. According to Anet GW2 will have a higer cap. Although if you're playing GW with "Max Lv = best" mind set, you won't enjoy playing this game.

It's all about skills rather than power grinding,..... well that what it used to be anyway.

What they said was it will be higher then GW1 but didn't say how high the cap will be. As of now, no one have that information yet.

i wouldn't play, if it had unlimited..

you stop getting stronger at a certain point, but its just a way to show all the xp u gathered. Like ppl who have 20mill exp but cant show it, without adding a title

Are you talking about GW1 or GW2? If GW1, it's never going to go higher than 20. In GW2, it would only be speculation to guess at this point.

in GW 2, the rumour is it's gonna be higher than lvl 20 DEFINITELY but as for the exact number, still no reports ^^

A-Net hasn't decided on what the level cap would be for GW2. They did say that it was POSSIBLE that there wouldn't be one. They also said it was POSSIBLE that it would be over 100.
