I'd think anywhere from 50-60k is fair, certainly one-of-a-kind.

bump, thanks for the pc's so far, sorry if this is early, but i dont understand the times as im frm england and it shows american times on here for the posts.

not one of a kind ive seen this before and others with +1 Smite, +1 Illusion, ect. but since they are max mods for good skin, req. 8 i say at least 80k-100k.
