LF middle of the road guild for pvX

I’m looking for a nice casual guild that does both PvE and PvP, but doesn't require that i be there for each and every event. I would like to have intelligent or at least not stupid conversations. I'm looking for a helpful guild who don’t mind explaining some of the most basic game features a couple times, and who know the ins and outs of pve and pvp. I would prefer to be in a guild who have good rules about conduct, and who filter immaturity.

I am quite new to the game still and don’t have much of anything built up. (rep, faction, coolness)

I get on anywhere from 2 to 4 hours 2 to 3 times a week, ( i still have strictly regulated computer time.) Also i live in the US Central time zone (-6 hours)

I am 17 but im not a squabbling immature kid. My online name Tagnik, my real name is John. I've been playing online for 4 to 5 years. (not just guild wars)
I have a lvl 106 on Runescape, nonmembered at the moment. (played for a year)
I have 2 70s, a 55, a 40, and numerous low toons on WoW (played for 2 years)
On EQ2 i have a couple lowbies (didn't play long)
And on GW for a month or so. A/w is my pve main, N/Mes is a side class in pve. i currently have factions, prophases, and nightfall. My pvp class is W/a for now.
