The cheapest way of getting a number of spears for heroes ...

Now here is the catch.
The spears should be for caster heroes (which means +30hp(or 20% longer ench)/+5e - it would be superb if they had both mods - but I can live with just one ...)
Also they need to be non-ele ones - to trigger Barbs/MoP.
(I've been using the pre-order +5e fiery spear on all my guys - but I figured I could upgrade them a bit.)

Any suggestion on what I should be looking for?
(I am guessing my best bet would be to primarily go for +30hp greens - but considering I never follow prices - any suggestion on which ones I should be looking for to be as cheap as possible? Or if there are other better options - I am all ears!)

Endgames are about 6-7k and most other greens are 2-4k max

no weapon can have +30hp and 20% enchantments.
cheapest way? run through Nightfall a bunch of times and get the end caster spear.
the fastest way, buy them or buy insc. spears and buy the inscriptions.

Btw - since my monkies (who would be using the 20% longer ench) are set on "do not attack" - any options for a cheap sword/axe with those stats?

Razajans Fervor and Totem Axe are both really cheap, and pretty common. Spirit of the Forgotten is a decent one, but has lightning damage, which won't trigger Barbs/MoP like you want to.

I use the spears off collectors Hamri and Kaya, for my heroes. Its easy enough to farm for those items.

I have found colbalt talons very hard to get, the droprate seems to be really bad. Maybe its just me.
Heket tongue collector looks like a good option, you would need to buy a lot of "I have the power!" incriptions though, how much are they these days?
