need some help...

ok so i bought the game about a year ago, but quit playing it shortly after.

the other day i decided to give it another try, but i cant remember the password. the worst part is that i cant get in the email that i used for registering.

so now even if i get new password, i cannot get to it.

is there anything possible to do about this?

i have the game and access key card if that helps...

Yeah you might be able to contact support and provide them the information that they request, having that key card is going to help you a lot.

So basically just do that, they should get you straightened out.

As stated - contact Guild Wars support. As long as you can prove that the account is yours they will be able to send you the password for the account.

What you'll need: Receipt of purchase if you have it of all chapters attached to the account, the cards/folders which have the CD-key(s) for the chapter's you own, proof of identify (ie driver's license, bills with your name and address on it, birth certificate, etc), etc - they will let you know exactly what they need.
