Quad Perma Terra Speed Clear

Ok, so here it goes. Recently some people have been hearing rumors of a team build for Underworld that can clear it in under 20 minutes. Well it is true I've been on atleast 5 successful runs using the team build. Our times have ranged from 15 to 25 minutes with the ability to improve to 12 minutes. Also, this team build is not for the faint of heart. Many things can go wrong and ruin the run so I suggest only those with a lot of UW experience attempt this team build.

Ok so here are the builds and the areas and quests they cover.

Perma Terras
~We would also like to give credit for the original E/A builds to Piro Kickazz who introduced the idea to the community where it spread and took root.

The Ice Wastes perma terra clears wastes and takes quest for Chamber Sin then heads to Chaos Plains

The Bone Pits perma terra clears and does the Imprisoned Spirits quest and the heads to Chaos Plains


[Spawning Pools Perma Terra;OgdTkY285hHpzwdpZkBPMbkKAA]
The Spawning Pools perma terra goes clears and does Terrorweb Queen quest and the heads to Chaos Plains.

These first 3 Perma terras should not need any extended explanation on how to do their job seeing as numerous people have posted or discussed in game on how to clear for the quest and and finish it at a good pace. Now normally the Pools & Wastes perma terras normally finish up first and the go to plains to clear for Four Horsemen without backups unless the Pits perma terra is done in time to take the Pits side.

The Twin Serpent Mountains perma terra books it up the mountain and kills the Obsidian Behemoths very carefully and well pops the reaper and solos the Slayer quest.


Chamber Sin

The Chamber Sin's role has not changed much. He clears the start and reaper chamber. Then when cleared does Unwanted guests then runs to Wastes to do Ice King quest.


Vale Sin

Support Necros
~Idea for the necros came from Tis Divine and was later modified as seen.

The 3-man Forgotten Vale team clears for and does Wrathful Spirits quest and then runs back to do Escort of Souls.

Specific strategies in these areas are constantly changing, but for now this should help you get an idea on what is going on. You can possibly expect a full blown guide posted by myself, Tears of Domination, or Slient S H A D O W eventually.

ok so i make alot fo build for alot i reinvented doa before gwen came out to get full clears in under 4 hours, i re did foosters build added things i have came up with, should the world how to tank the right way,

and now fooster wants to say he tought me everythign i know allthe build we use, everything we put in a build in last 2 weeks,

this build isnt the one we use now thi one is a week old not the build we got 15 min with and now going for under 12 min with edits to the run

fooster grow up you helped with some thing in the old tri terra and thats it , im sick of theft and others are too,

yes i know other pople might be using this but none i have seen, so im not taking 100% credit for anything nor is anyone else in this team, all we doing is putting it together so that the guildwars world can be enlighted and do things better and faster

ps next area we will be going over and reinventing is fow, then i lll be working with our team to re think about doa now that gwen has opened more up for everyone with bigger and better things

I like the terras that "therangereminem" wrote in his guide better. I have been learning how to manage the energy for a while now and it is very very easy to clear 1 area and doing quest in like 15-17 mins. I would like to try this out with other exp people so can anybody call me in-game?

the ele s i use in the build i wrote are the ones we use in the 15 min cclear for the most part , i know we are goign to be bringing those from my build ,

btw clears time should be like

smits frm start of zone into uw <10 min to be a ok time <8 min is very good =6 min is what you aim at form 15 min cleaers

been working on the guide all nihgt for the most part so be getting screens from the other guys today

Nice Guide Torin , i must say that i agree with star, Fooster Stop taking Credit for everything, you did NOTHING to help with this Team Build , the people that came with it are the people mentioned above. So please, Grow up and stop saying things that everyone knows isn't true.

As for us that did the 15 min run, was a pleasure running with you guys , hope we get that 12 min run we been after.

P.S : I am going to be writing a guide on how to do pools in 3-6 mins. So be on the look out .

Well after reading this thread it's time to clear the air as to who came up with these necro builds. A few weeks ago dennis/Tears asked me to hop on vent because he was seeking to improve the time on uw speed clears and he was wondering if I could provide any input, seeing as he knew that I had played an awful lot of necro. It was at that point that I told him that Mark of Pain had the highest DPS in the game, when used under the right circumstances - a tightly packed mob and physical damage hitting the MoP'd foe. So I made that suggestion and some time later dennis and the guys had a couple necro bars worked out and took me along for a test run. Both bars had SS, MoP, ebon vanguard assassin and whatever else. The idea was gather agro, hex with SS, MoP a target and throw the ebon sin at him since it inflicts physical damage and would trigger MoP for some huge damage. So we went in as a partial team to see how long it would take to do the vale section of the run. We finished in an easy 17 minutes and what was the reaction? Everybody was excited and celebrating that the 20 minute mark could now easily be surpassed. I thought dennis was gonna have a baby he was so excited. If these builds had already existed then this event would not have been anything groundbreaking and there would have been no cause for celebration.

Not long after this the guys posted an official time of 17 minutes only to be accused of getting "lucky spawns". Apparently the self-proclaimed creator of these necro bars had no clue how this run was done so fast. If he really had created these bars would he not have known? It's an interesting question. More recently I was asked to come along again, this time we ran the necro bars posted in the OP, since they worked better overall than the MoP bars.

As far as giving credit goes, I would say these guys are pretty generous. All I did was make one measly suggestion about MoP and go on a few runs and the guys were nice enough to throw a nod my way, thanks guys. People who steal credit for themselves dont do this.

As mentioned earlier, the MoP based bars were not particularly well thought out. They had 2 major issues: (a) they included a self healing component centered around feast of corruption and assn shadow step skills which was completely unneccessary and (b) since MoP causes enemies to scatter considerably more than SS, FoC and the like, it consistently caused issues with body blocks and open-air tanking (especially when combined with spears, which forced the necros deeper into agro than otherwise necessary). The upgraded bars improved the effectiveness of the build, especially in vale.

The 17 minute run was completed despite the MoP bars... agro control issues popped up on several occasions. We made roughly 4 attempts while working on the bars but did not re-roll spawns or anything of the sort. With a perfect spawn it should be possible to clock in at about 12 minutes or so using this team build. Long live the necro!

This pissing contest is getting a little old (not to mention childish). Please give credit where credit is due... or better yet, post a more effective build.

well we dont need to ost a more effective build. we have a 13 minute timer posted ( well the team i play with ) i was only there for the 14 minute.

as for the rest credit was givin my by the general comunity because i published guides.. i also taught entire guilds and aliances how to speed clear.

my team held that record for 4 months straight! you had it for... 5 days. but hey.. grats.. you guys are the first one to beat me even if it was short lived its still an acomplishment worth respect.

now we have a 13 minute timer posted.. so that makes it your move dennis ( if you still wanna carry this whole fiasco on) now you can ither jsut make peace and join us OR you can keep your seperat fences and shit and stay the #2 team with the 3rd fastest time (ours is a 14 and a 13 minute clear.) and i know ... you will point out hatt i wasnt there.. fine.. if you like i ca post screens when i was there (thats if you wanna make this personal)

so its your move denny-poo.... grow up and make peace or keep on crying about whatever pissed you off and use it to try to beat the fastest time.

and make it a race to 10 minutes, or make peace and be one big happy family.but as it is now as seperate teams, your #2.
