Where can I make money?
Simple.
Someplace where it doesn't require an extensive amount of practice, but still requires some expertise (not the attribute :P)
Someplace other than UW, or FoW.
What about running people places?
what are high demand running places?
missions?
solo farming? (trapping?)
name me anything. just show the build and requirements etc etc

There's really no get rich quick scheme which seems to be what you are looking for.

to be honest if you need something easy and consistent, your best bet is permasin farming uw >.< running can be extremely difficult, and as someone said requires a lot of practice before you can even get good enough to charge people for the run.
However if you could figure a way for 2-3 people to run some of the dungeons that most people consider un-runnable (cough slavers exile cough) you could make a LOT of money.

The Drok's run is profitable sometimes. A great deal of the time you'll have customers taken away by someone who wants to lower the current charge or even run people for free/tips.
That said, running to Drok's requires skill. Having the exact same skills as your favorite runner does not mean you can complete the run.

I like farming fahranur the last city on my Mo/D as a 55. It Never gets boring watching all the undead get pwned, and you get a lot of bones and undead trophies (skeleton bones) http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10170323
Sure it may not be the best of farms, but it never gets repetitive... to me anyways. Another good farm I found was...

VERY fun, never ever gets repetitive.. just super hard to do. I still havent completed a whole run yet. Those are some nice places to make some cash.
They aren't super fast, but time flies when you're having fun.
just my 2 cents.

Easiest way to make money...
Get rich scheme...
DOESN'T EXIST??????
LIES!
The easiest way to make money and get rich quick is to make mAT predictions on 5 seperate accounts... make at least 100 reward points per account... Turn those reward points into Z-Keyz... sell the Z-keyz for 5k each... you now have 500k!
You can do this every month... Not hard at all if you aren't stupid.

If you are stupid? Go do some cleaning work IRL, make some money, exchange IRL money for game money, and cheer. Brawl and boast, get banned and be happy...
I mean, if you can make big money in a stupid way, everyone can, right? Means mass devaluation, so Anet will keep the big-money-tricks within limits. I still think they overplayed their hand with the 600/smite UW, CoF and Wherever, and now they messed up with A/E permaShadowForm. If you can't pull that off, well, you indeed need to be happy with the small farms, get better and get where you want.

Make a monk in Factions, drag him/her to EotN, get ran to the cities. Do the first Charr mission so you have Doomlore.
Run CoF (10k-12k per run) if you do it with a hero, and that's what I make when I run for tips, where not everybody pays, or some pay in items, or just random amounts of cash. 1.5k seems to be popular, or they just give me any chalices/relics they had during the run, since I collect those.
Learn to run the other dungeons. Some are 3-man runs, like Shards of Orr, and are NOT easy, but they pay a lot more than CoF, at least until more people do it.
Edit: Or go touch-ranger with Melandru's Resilience and go touch the Wurms outside Boreal Station in HM, or the Breeze Keepers of w/e they're called outside Seeker's Passage (mind the pops there). Or the Vaettir in Jaga Moraine in NM. Sucky drops, but 100 glacial stones might be worth something... I think.
