When i turn on my computer it gets to the windows xp loading screen and after that it reboots :S

Anyone got a solution for this problem ?

Help would be appreciated

Try booting into Safe Mode

Have you made any changes lately? New hardware or software?
Like Tarun said try booting into Safe Mode. Hold down F8 while the PC is booting. If that works, then try to boot normally again but hold down F8 and this time choose Last Known Good Configuration.
Let us know if that has any effect.
