Hi, I've recently found two types of old runes:
- Purple Major -50 HP
- BLUE Major -50 HP
Are these worth anything ?

-50hp majors can have some uses in swap armors for certain low-hp farming builds, they can be quite valuable if they're Monk runes and if you find the right buyer (I remember seeing someone actively WTB'ing a -50hp Monk rune "Paying well" a few months ago but didn't ask how much)
For other professions the value is probably much lower and if they can't really be used to <55hp farm it's probably close to worthless.
And for that blue one, try putting it on some armor and salvage out to see if it's still blue (can be a hero's armor for cheap salvage). It may then have some extra value to a collector of rarities as it's over 2.5 years old, but hard to estimate.
The true rare runes are the majors/superiors that are blue and have inventory icon of a minor.
