OMG! Help!

I was making a A/Me build for UW but for some reason, I can't get Cry of Pain. I tried all three people wiki said and they dont sell it... please help!

They sell it for your heroes.... but your heroes can't use it... you can!! I guess make sure you have heroes.

Ask the guy to teach your heroes mesmer skills.... get it, and then when you go mesmer secondary it will be available to you.

Make sure your secondary is Rit.

I tried with a hero and still it's not there...

They say those 3 hero skill trainers yet none of them sell it...

It's a sunspear skill, go to the hero skillz person and there should be a section to learn a sunspear skill (instead of any of the hero skills for each profession), 2nd should be Mesmer when you do it, but no matter what, it still lists it.

Do not have to have a hero with you

It's not a "Mesmer" skill, though it's for Mesmers, it's a Sunspear skill, so check that section (not sure if there is a minimum Sunspear Rank to get one).

ok, go to the hero trainer and ask him to show you Sunspear Skills

Make sure to look under "sunspear skills" in the NPC's menu, NOT "mesmer skills."
