About Permanent Blocks

My real life firend, Kamper, play GW with me everyday.
But today his account was Permanent Blocked, but he havn't sale items and golds in the real world! What can he do now? What can I do for him?

How can anet block an innocent player without any notice?
How can they determine who trade items and golds in real world?
i think they should check my friend's a/c he only have a few rare items and golds in his inventory!

There have been confirmed cases of "oops" bans. If it's a legitimate mistake, they'll fix it.

Something tells me that this may be a 'zomg I was caught selling gold for real life money'.

If not, then I am sorry to hear that he/you have had their account banned and hope that PlayNC can solve the problem.

Isn't account sharing against the EULA? I know it is for quite a few other online games..

We can't do anything about it, support is the only one who can get your friends account back if you really didn't do anything wrong.
