Not sure if it's the right place but... here goes.
When I keep down the Ctrl key to ping my action, it always works except with the spacebar. If I just press it, I'll attack/follow normally, but if I keep Ctrl down I won't, and obviously no message and ping will happen.
Ctrl + anything else works perfectly. Even Ctrl + Caps key + Spacebar works, and it says "I'm targeting x" like it should. Ctrl + double mouse click works for pinging too (it will say "I'm attacking/following x" as well as perform the action), the spacebar won't do it though.
The interface is reset, the controls are as well. This started happening not too long ago, and I didn't find any thread about this. I have no clue of what's happening.

I had that problem too. It was couz of MsgPlus ''hide'' command ctrl+space. I just had to turn it off and it worked perfect again.

FYI: Another common culprit of this problem is the windoms Chinese IME, which also steals that hotkey combination.
