I need help

my account was blocked when i was at vacations and i dont know why, it shows error = 45 my account was blocked for account issue( i dont know what issue means lol i am portuguese) i think a hacker got in my account and did something bad... i need help, how can i recover my account???? please i just did buy the 4 games since not much time and they just block me and dont know why, please awnser if u can, Thanks

Contact NCSoft support. They'll look into the issue. No of us can really do anything for you. You'll have to go to them.

They usually give you a reason when you're banned, so check your email?

Did anybody else have access to your computer while you were gone? Did you tell your password to anyone?

well i did try ALOOOT of times send an email to them but i cant send because it doesnt support hotmail.com.... i dont rly know what to do i am desesperated i think i am gonna lose my account by an hacker... if someone did have similar problem and did fix it contact me

Try signing up for gmail or some other free webmail.
