I was wondering what the price of a couple of Frog Scepters might be

Fire Damage: 11-22 (Req. 9 Fire Magic)
crappy mods

and a

Frog Scepter
Fire Damage: 11-22 (req.10 Fire Magic)
Halves casting time of Fire Magic spells (chance:19%)

any help would be greatly appreciated
