What are your guildwars2 questions?

About marriages of Humans and Asuras... Sorry, but technically human can't breed with other races. Same as you can't breed pig with a sheep. I mean, they can do whoopies, but there would be no child.

But humans and Norns... why not. I mean - a sexy 8 feet tall wife? ;d

- Will it run in my computer?
- Will it use the old DirectSong music along with the new music?
- Will I be able to make 1 character of each profession-race combination without having to play 50 characters?

What is the take on class systems and are we going to be able to finely have a crafting system so that I can have a JOB? I know people hate MMO Crafting systems but it does come in handy when making money and very usefull for guilds. How are the guilds going to work? Will there be a better trading system? like a NPC that can sell for you for a small fee say 10% of the worth.

Where do you think half-orcs come from?

With the persistant world, am I going to have to worry about folks looting my loot? I played a ranged attacker in the WoW trial, and some melee guy kept taking all the loot.

Will I have to wait around for hours for quest related stuff to spawn ("Collect 10 Wookie pelts", but there are only three wookies, and they don't always drop pelts, and someone else keeps killing it before me and wants to charge me for the opportunity to kill one myself).

My current PC does a more than adequate job of running Guild Wars, am I going to have to buy a whole new rig, with Vista/DirectX10/GeForce9800 w/2Gb of Dedicated Video RAM/Quadcore Processor/and a partridge in a pare tree?
My current PC isn't top of the line, but it's pretty darn good. And I don't care if the game only costs $50 and has no monthly fee... If I have to lay down $2000 on a new PC just to play it, I wont be playing it.
The GW.com FAQ says it will play on Mid range gaming PCs, but my idea of Mid range, and Klaxtor the Uber Smiter's idea of mid range are likely not the same.

Why haven't we been given any solid info besides a two page magazine article that revealed some of the backstory? HUGE blockbusters are coming out (Gears of War 2, Diablo 3, Starcraft 2, Fable 2, even Wrath of the Lich King) that are going to divert much of the installed GW playerbase. Unless we get some information about the gameplay, I sincerely doubt that GW2 will have the largely undivided support it once had from the present GW players.

When will we have more info?

I liked the idea posted above of a developers blog. Perhaps that is something that could be implemented. No one expects the game to be even graphical at this stage, but I'd at least like to know what's being worked on, and how things are proceeding.

what about norns and asurans?

So guild wars 2 will be a MMO instead of CORPG?

Interesting stuffs that i gather from the FAQ and would like to know more about are:

Charr has War Machines - can other races acquire and use them?
Norn are Shapeshifters - is that a skill that all races can acquire and use?
Sylvarian are "bound by common dream" - whatever does that means?
it has: "different professions and races, new technology" - guns? Asuras? highly intelligent

Will the game stated to be Free 2 play be free 2 finish, Example All the generic korean Grind fest games out there are Free 2 play..but none of them are Free 2 finish or Free 2 progress to the end in. They all require you to buy stuff from a Cash shop..Anet said guild wars 2 would be Free 2 play but will it have a cash shop...that sells in game items and exp boosters..and dumb stuff like that Just like all those Lame grind fest games out there, Sword of the new world, Shiya online, Ragnarok, 2 Moons, 12 Sky, & Lost Chaos to name a few.

If ANet was to change that aspect of their game they'd lose a lot of customers. Their current set-up has done great, I don't see why they would change it so that you'd have to buy things in order to progress through the game.

Will Sylvari have colourful skin tones (blue, green, red)?

Will Anet give up after about three or so years and then let everything fall apart as they work on Guild Wars 3?

Will they sort out support and the seemingly irreversible connection of your gaming account with a PlayNC one when you buy stuff in the online store?
