Got this in UW today:

Cane (gold, uninscribable)
11-22 (req. 9 Domination Magic)
Halves casting time of Domination Magic skills - 20%
+5 energy when above 50% health

Is this worth anything? Opinions are appreciated, thanks in advance!

Casting is not nearly as desired for mesmers with fast casting already - recharge is usually prefered. Would say 10k perhaps, hard to sell.

10-15k imo......
