I know it would be worth something if it were AR 15, but 14....?

Maybe theres a build that uses tactics 6 and wants 90% of a normal shield.

Edit2: Heard a couple of offers for a couple of k. Now I want find some builds... I might keep it and use if for my ranger when he ursans... then again he has pts to spare and has no problem using a r9 tactics shield.
I wonder who uses these... Maybe someone with a war 2nd.
