Hi,
I have prophecies and this week i also started playing factions, but some skills are very different. Is there a way to make a build with also prospection skills while playing factions?

Did you link both games to the same account? If so, any skills you learn in one campaign can be used in all campaigns.

Never heard of Prospection. Anyways, skills are linked to your character once you learn them, not to a campaign. If you've learned a skill then your character can use it anyplace they travel.

@quickmonty: Sorry, i ment Prophecies. I have linked both games to the same account, but i can not choose skills from Prophecies.
@TheRaven: true, you learn skills, but you can also buy skills. The skills i have learned is by doing quests, but in towns i can also buy skill. And so far they are all factions skills. What makes sense, because i play faction. But i was hoping that i could also buy Prophecies skills...

You can just hop on the boat to LA and buy Prophecies's skills there, can't you?

Any "core" skill can be gotten from a skill trainer in any campaign. If you've unlocked them on any character, they should be available. If they are not unlocked, you'll need to get to the appropriate skill trainer to get them.
Any prophecies-only skill you have unlocked, will be available to your Factions character once you can go to Prophecies to get it. In Factions, that means getting to Kaineng Center and doing the small quest that takes you to Lion's Arch. All prophecies skills that you have unlocked will be available from the skill trainer in LA.
You can also take your Prophecies character from L.A to K.C. by a similar method, to get Factions skills for it.
Any skills (from either campaign) that you haven't unlocked, can be gotten in the usual ways. Either by quest reward, or getting to the skill trainer that has them, or capping the skill from a boss.
Any skills that you've managed to acquire from either campaign can be used in your skill-bar and mixed & matched.

You can buy Prophecies skills by going to Lion's Arch or any other Prophecies towns. To go there you have to be in Kaineng Center first before you can travel to Lion's Arch.
Since you mentioned that you just started in Factions, I assume you are still in Shing Jea Island. If that is the case, just keep doing the primary quest until you get to the mainland of Cantha. Then find your way to Kaineng Center.
Once you are there, look for the quest "Trouble in Kryta" (can't rmmb the exact quest) or something that got to do with Kryta. This quest will teleport you to Lion's Arch.
Hope this helps.
