Farming the Sentient Spore?
Larcen
If anyone has ever had the need/want to farm these things, http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Sentient_Spore then by all means could they share an efficient spot? Sure, I can just wander around until I find a decent spot, but hopefully someone already knows one or a quest involving said spot or creatures. Thanks ahead of time.

You could try farming the quest Ancestral Anguish. Shouldn't be too hard to farm, but I'm not sure how many drops you would get from it.

farm Enchanted Brambles in Garden of Seborhin using E/Mo
shanaya
I farmed them in Marga Coast, out from Nundu Bay or Dajkah Inlet. Easy peasy.

That link in the OP is there for a reason The link says they're worth 20g each, so the wine doesn't make a difference in this situation.

This seems to be a very good idea so anyone have any more opinions on this?

Actually, considering collector drops aren't really that frequent, running new characters through early campaign quests for battle commendations and the like would probably be more efficient. At least those trade 1-1 for 1 minute ales...
