1. Not LaZy. Despite their claims, they are not mature. I left after 3 officers got butthurt over the fact that I called a nerf "gay" in alliance chat. That's right, it was like Office Space only in Guild Wars. I had THREE officers from three different guilds crying about it in PMs with me.
2. Has to be helpful. In my four attempts at getting legendary survivor, my alliance couldn't be bothered to help me get to Lutgardis. Despite the fact that I was offering to pay for runs through zones and missions and would be donating my faction earned to the guild.
3. Uses vent. I don't really talk much, but I do like to have it up when doing things with guildies so I can hear orders and whatnot.
4. Doesn't allow children on vent. Probably one of THE most annoying things with my alliance right now is that most of those on vent are 16 year olds. Hearing them talk about their boring day in a mission channel just irks me.
5. Does things together once in a while. Not once has our alliance done a successful UW/FoW run. And it was only attempted once.
6. HFFF friendly. I have no problem getting faction for the guild as long as the guild has decent runners.
7. Fun.

9. Not small, and not inactive. BORING. No point in joining a guild if over half the members haven't been on in over a week.
