Ok, here's the deal:
What I would like to see is an option for an alliance co-leader. What this is is it gives the alliance leader an oppurtunity to designate another guilds guild leader to 'co-leader'. What this will do is will give the co-leader the same abilities a guild leader has. eg. Inviting/Booting guilds. What this means is that if someone is co-leading an alliance with a friend, they can both actively manage the alliance even if the other leader is away at some point. It won't take much to impliment, and just makes life easier for those of us who are co-leading alliances.
Thanks,
Would love to see this in-game
Feedback appreciated...

Why not extend this idea ...
The co-leader (backup leader) should exist not only on alliance level, but also on guildlevel. Very often a guild lives or dies by the rate of activity of the leader. A co-leader could take over when the normal leader is away...

Often so called "coleaders" turn into mortal enemies in an online power struggle. Leadership should always be unified.

I like the alliance officer idea, and it's the same deal with the above post as in normal guilds, any officer can turn bad and kick everyone, it happens. Choose your officers wisely.
