Dervish build so I dont have to waste much $ on skills later....

I am looking for a Dervish build that is good for both PvE and PVP for Damage dealing. I have just started a dervish for the first time. (PVE Character) I realize that your first few skills from trainers are very inexpensive and with my Ritualist (My first toon) I made the mistake of actually buying skills that I would never use down the list because I never figured they would go up in price like they did. I am happy that I beat factions and now I am in Nightfall. My Dervish is level 6 so far. I want to buy the skills I need for 1 Solid good build. Just 1 build. A Damage dealing PvE and that works decent in PvP. What I am trying to do with this is prevent myself from wasting tons of money on different skills for different builds. I just want a good solid (Does not have to be spectacular) Build for Dervish Damage dealing. My current build is what I can have at lvl 5... basic skills

I know its a bit early to decide a build but I want to have a firm goal of what I am going to have at the end so that I do not get sidetracked. I would like to make scythe mastery my primary attribute, And Use scythes to do high damage. With any other attribute as a secondary you guys decide what would be better secondary.

Also..The build using only Nightfall skills, I don't have eye of the north just yet.

Ok..I guess this kind of build is harder than I figured it would be. Ill ask around in game see if any 1 has anything. So far i am level 15 and still have the same skills i had at lvl 5..I dont want to waste money on skills I wont use in a effective build...ill keep checking on here maybe some 1 will come up with something.

the build above looks good. I don't really play Dervish in PvP though so I'll let someone else comment on that.

for easier PvE:

for PvP use the wounding/conjure puild a few posts up. but you should be using a PvP character anyways.
