Does secondary prof mean anything to a DD Dervish

Will my secondary profession affect me in any way if i want to play a Damage dealing dervish. if so which profession (because i notice dervish has low energy right form the start) would be best for a DD dervish?

/W for [Wild Blow] helps for dealing with block stances. [Rush] for PvP.

/A for [Dash] and [Disrupting Dagger], maybe [Death's Charge], for some utility

/Mo or /R for [Mending Touch] or [Antidote Signet] to deal with blind/cripple and stuff

the rest aren't very useful
