Lets talk about ursan future

Anet has a bad habit of paying too much attention to the complainers, changing something, and pissing off even more people due to the change.
If you nerf it, you'll have just as many people pissed about its absence as the crybabies who complain about it now. I'd say, learn to deal with it and let it be.

It sure made this game a lot more fun for me, not because I'm a "noob" but because I was able to do far more in the game than I was able to before. Class discrimination saw to that, and I know a large some of players feel the way I do. Ursan maybe "overpowered", but it has made GW more accessible.

our alliance runs weekly elite area only groups with NO ursan and we , as a rule, never discriminate , any class is welcome, maybe u need to find a group like that. ursan is not a binding agent in GW for the pug, it has literally ruined the thoughtful gameplay where a good skill bar is a life saver, not some bear on steroids.

I like playing with the standard classes and skills but also like Ursan as is.
Ursan is fun.
If you dont like a skill dont use it let the others that like it have fun they paid for the game too.
No Nerf

As I said in the first thread about this subject yesterday regarding Regina's comments, that got closed:
Ursan already got nerfed.
Nerfing it again would be ludicrous. That would just bring back class discrimination where all non-core classes have zero chance of ever getting into a party for DoA, Urgoz, the Deep etc. etc.

Is there a rule that a skill can only be nerfed X times? Check how many times has Shadow Prison been nerfed and stop this nonsense |
The first nerf to Ursan was nonsense in and of itself; it wasn't required. Nerfing it again would be an ever further extreme of nonsense.

Leave Ursan as is - If you dont like it dont use it. If you havent bought EOTN hence your dislike for Ursan buy it you might like it. Junundu is fun too...is that next QQ?

Even if they get further than you, does this affect you and your game in any way? I don't think so, you'll keep on working your ass off to improve your builds even if the UB gets nerfed, right?
Now, what... Trouble shared is trouble halved? That's immature.
Pandora's box
Take it easy folks, next year GW2 starts. The GW1 economy will colaps and no one will care anymore about Ursan and other power builds.

let me give you some inside advice, if they decide to nerf ursans blessing, it will only show you how far they are willing to go to satify the minority of players who will be the only real ones buying GW2 when released, which will not be until late 2009 to early 2010.
The reasonong is two fold, first they want to determine the impact there decisions are having with the community over all, and second they want to see if the community of players that quit playing the game due to their decision, calm down and return back to the game.
This will give them insight on what they will be able to buff in GW 2 to sell more games, then once they reach projected sales nerf to satify the regular minority, thus the cycle continues.
Lastly Anet knows they need a very good first impression of GW2, their believe is that, if the beta blows people away they will forget about past transgressions and focus on their new product.

Ursan is the Methamphetamine of Guild Wars. Once you start, you can't stop and it makes you ugly and defensive if someone threatens to take it away from you, even when you know you're addicted and it isn't good for you. Next thing you know you'll be stripping utility poles of their copper ground wire just to get your Ursan fix...it's just ugly, people...time for an intervention.

There was a reason the other thread was closed; Ursan has been covered ad nauseum and there's nothing new to talk about. Closed.
