Need Event Help FAST!

I have 30 mins (as far as I know) in order to access a special event mission in Haiju Lagoon - http://guildwars.com/events/ingame/dragonfestival2008/

That link doesn't even explain anything about the missions though... Anybody know what I'm meant to be doing?

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and it says "Mission One: Haiju Lagoon - 4:00 AM/Noon/8:00 PM"

EDIT: Just went to speak to Captain Rujiyo, and he didn't give me any missions

I take it it's not on for another hour? It's just that it said it would be at noon PDT which is -7 hours GMT, and I live in the UK (and it's 7.15pm here) so I assumed it would be on now.

EDIT 2: Just realised UK is 1 hour ahead at the moment, stupid me, thanks ^^

I'm in the same boat as you. I think it starts at 8 but wiki says 7, arrrrrgh, confusion!

That's BS, cause I went there and he wasn't giving out quests.

We're 1 hour ahead though cause of the Summer, so it may start at 8.

There's a server message in chat when the missions become available. Unsure whether it is server-wide, but I know it displays in chat if you are in Shing Jea. I think it covers the whole island, but I could be wrong.

Sweet, got the message in Rollerbeetle racing, gave it a try and left, not that great.

Yes, the message is server wide. I saw the message from the Captain while I was in the Ruins of Morah.

Once the message is sent out, players have 30 minutes to go to Shing Jea and get the mission. It repeats on the schedule shown in the wiki (linked in Neo Nugget's post).
