Underworld

This part of the game is completely new to me as is most of the higher end stuff and one thing confusing me is getting out of the first area.
I read that you take the first quest "Clearing the Chamber" and kill the things that appear and I do that. When I then try to make my way out to another area the paths seems half blocked with rubble or pathways just are not there.
I think I might be missing something really damn obvious and im prepared to get flamed for doing so.

So the question, how on earth do you get out into the other areas? >.<

Here is the link to the wiki section on the Underworld. The Clearing the Chamber quest states that as soon as you kill all the groups the ways will open.

Hopefully, some guru member with experience in UW will have more to offer.

My best advice to you, honestly just youtube it. Something like "Solo UW run" or Solo Smite run" or whatever you are trying to do...but you will get a video that will show killing the grasps, and then moving on to "the next area."

That is how I got started in UW...
