I'm a Warrior and was wondering... what is best to put on my armor? Knight's Insignia or Blessed Insignia? Or maybe mix them?
Thanks.
Blessed vs. Knight's Insignia for Warrior

Go survivor for a general set, sentinels if you're going 13 Str/14 Wep mastery, Brawler's or Sentry is you want +10AL instead of +35health. Knights is bad bacause you don't need to buff your physical defences and Blessed is just meh because it gives the same bonus as Brawlers/Sentrys but has a harder req to meet. It's perfectly runnable with a conjure, but you'll always be running a build with an IAS (unless it's a bad build) and always be attacking, so there really isn't much point.
EDIT: Don't forget a stonefist insignia on the helmet, gauntlets, or boots.

And are there any other insignias or runes I should be using?
For runes, I have minor strength, minor axe, superior vigor, vitae, superior absorption.

Also, why use stonefist insignia on a piece? I don't have any knockdowns...

Tbh it doesn't really matter to me which one I'm using, they're both good.
Sentry doesn't have anything to do with tactics, so I don't know what you mean by that. [[Flail] is Str, and [[Frenzy] is no-attribute, so you've got no reason to not have a stance, regardless of whether you use Tactics or not.
Stonefist is a nice thing to have in general. [[Shock], [["You Move Like A Dwarf!"], [[Bull's Strike], [[Bull's Charge] (for Proph-only sword users I guess), and basically all hammer builds will have some form of KD. Don't underestimate the extra second.

I guess that's where I go wrong then... I don't have a stance. I only have prophecies, so unfortunately no flail, but is Frenzy really that good? Seems risky.
And thanks for rune/insignia advice, I'll change them now.
EDIT: I did read that earlier this week... none of those examples work for prophecies only really...

If you're going with Frenzy, you need to take [[Rush] aswell. Rush serves as a cancel stance. If you think you're about to get hit hard, then use rush, which instantly ends Frenzy, because they're both stances. It seems risky, but you'll get better at it and it'll make you a good War one day. Just to note, a 33% increase in attack speed returns 50% more hits and thus 50% more adrenaline, which both help you push the yellow numbers up.

Alternatively, use Flurry. It'll chew your energy faster and doesn't increase your damage quite as much as Frenzy, but it does still give you the higher adrenaline gain.
(There are also some builds I've used that don't involve an IAS, but they usually involve some other strong adrenaline engine and a really tight skillbar.)

If you only want to choose from the ones you suggested, go for Knights. If you're open to anything, Survivors as suggested.
My Warrior has 600 Health on a regular set.
Also, Flail is the best PvE option for an IAS, as the drawbacks are extremely minimum in a PvE context. - Remember to take a cancel stance such as Enraging Charge or rush.

Do not used blessed insignia because you SHOULD NOT be using Mending.
