Attribute Points Quests

I have a dervish who has achieved Sunspear Commander (6), level 18 and currently is in Sunspear Sanctuary. And only now it occurred to me that I forgot to get those 2 attribute points quests from Runduk back in Sunspear Hall. However, for some reason I can not trigger Runduk to give them to me. My question is… do these quests “expire” if you do not take them when you are still a sunspear sergeant? I really want those extra 30 attribute points and it would suck for me to delete and recreate my dervish just because of that . Any advise?

Edit: Ooops!!! Sorry!!! Nevermind. I just figured it out. I just need to reach 20lvl to get those extra attribute points.
