Birthday Present Ban

I am extremely furious at NCsoft right now, and I am just curious if anything like this has ever happened to anyone else. about 6pm PST I got a private message from someone who asked me to meet them in the great temple that it was important. They gave me 100k and said happy birthday and about 20 minutes ago I GOT BANNED for buying gold! I dont even have a way to talk to anyone from NCsoft that I could find to fix it, I cant logon for another 70 hours over someone giving me a birthday present. I am really pissed off about how it happened, No notice, nothing just kicked off my game right in the middle of a trade with someone. I have been with Guild Wars since it got off the ground, I pre-ordered the collectors edition, that was 38 months ago. My character names are Milly Thompson, Lady Maiyu and Mishkaal Moonscar. I want to know if there is anything that can possibly be done to rectify this situation.

Register there, keep sending them messages until they unban you. It happens with gold trades occasionally. As we can't do anything here, closed.
