Do they stack? Like if Rit Lord gives 75% recharge to Binding Rituals and Celerity gives 25^ that = 100%?

Only the highest will take effect.

And smaller bonuses will only stack up to 50%.

I believe it's capped. No two skills can get it past a certain amount unless one skill goes beyond that limit. As in the case of [ritual lord], it goes beyond the cap and the recharge boost from the essence is wasted.

No. Skill recharge reduction cannot be stacked over 50%. You would only get the 75% reduction from Ritual Lord.
