PC Gold Max eternal shield

Found this shield while doing smites, not sure on its value.

Armor 16 (req. 9 strength)
Received Physical Damage -2 (while enchanted)

No inscription means it's not inscriptable, right? That probably lowers the value, but I don't really know prices.
