I couldn't find an answer for this after searching for the last ten minutes or so.
I have an old GW trial account that expired about 2 years ago - if I add a full-game access key to this account, will the characters I created have birthday presents waiting for them?
Thanks in advance!
Activating an old GW trial - Birthday present?

If characters don't get deleted during reactivation, i suppose they could? Although i'm not sure if age is relative to account activation time, or to character creation time. If it is to character creation time, then yes, you would have presents. If it were relative to account activation (ie: your characters may only be 14 hrs old when you reactivate the account), then well it could just be a wast of your cash.
Regardless, birthday presents aren't exactly worth the effort and cash to reactivate an account lol. I meen, if i had some nice titles, or a whole load of cash on it, then sure, but cmon a 1 and 2yr birthday pesent? Besides, if u are reactivating the account to play it, it shouldnt matter anyways.

If you haven't deleted your character on that account, then yes, a minipet should be in your inventory.

Try creating a character with the names of ur original characters. Its not gaurenteed, but if you can create it, then its deleted. If its not, then it has a chance to be the same character you created (but it can be because someone took the name).

I think the name is yours whether the account was active or not. What would happen if you decided two months after trying the trial that you wanted to get a full access key? Your characters still exists so it isn't going to work to allow others to have a chance at the name just because it's a trial.
To OP: Birthdays are determined by the date your characters are created, so you should indeed have a present now you just aren't able to access it.

Just added the access key - and yes, there are presents.
