People read stickies about as much as they use search. What we need is a filter to auto-redirect certain words in a thread title *towards* a sticky. Or maybe a screen pops up before you can make a thread, with auto search results? *heads over to suggestions forum*

I know i am right now... BUT If people simply just didn't reply to these threads, maybe the OP's would LEARN TO USE SEARCH ?

I'm pretty sure you get the rewards two weeks before the next MaT. Months with 5 weekends throw off the schedule.
